Sean worked as a Maître D' and Sommelier in fine dining before focusing exclusively on bars for the last 12 years. Besides his passions for wine and classic cocktails, "Scary" (as he is more commonly known) is a musician in a local band called The Shivers, and an avid runner, having completed our city's Flying Pig Marathon ten times.
